Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

When booking your transfer, you need to choose the destination to which you are going. Select your pick-up location first. The drop-off address should be put in a second line. Then, choose your car type. Then fill in the required fields: flight number, arrival time, drop-off address, your name and cellphone number. After that, you will need to choose the method of payment – cash on delivery, credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.

What information do I need in order to book?

To book your airport shuttle, we will need your pickup and drop-off locations, flight or train number, pickup time, your name, number of passengers, cellphone number. If anything is missing from this list, you can pre-book your transfer and send the missing information later (before your arrival).

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

This website includes commonly used destinations. Still, we will be happy to drive you to your particular address. Use a contact form or send us a detailed email and we will get back to you shortly.

How do I pay for my transfer?

SARL Comfort Cars uses such methods of payment as : cash on delivery, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Please, note that all prices established are in EUROs.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, you can. Still we should have addresses of all stops requested. Extra charge may be applied when booking an airport transfer with several stops.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

For shuttle transfer, you are allowed to have one luggage and one carry-on. For private transfer, you can have more luggage. Still, it is better to put the number of bags in notes.  So that we could send a suitable car for you !

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

For shuttle transfers, you will need to call us from the arrival area (after customs area and baggage claim). At the information desk of all terminals and airports, you can use a free phone.

For private transfers, the driver will meet you in the arrival area of your terminal. The driver will have a nameplate. If you do not see your driver, please, call us immediately.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Please, stay in the same area where you arrived. Call our emergency line and we will assist you.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, in this case you will need to contact us and we will amend your booking. Please, note that for bigger groups, extra charge may be applied.

How long will the transfer take?

In general, we advise you to calculate one hour ride for airport transfers. Depending on traffic, this time may change.

During your trip

Can I change the departure date of the roundtrip transfer?

Yes, you can change your departure date when arriving to your destination. Contact us if you need to make last-minute amendments. We cannot guarantee anything for last minute amendments (less than 24 hours).

What should I do if I am not able to take a flight?

Contact us as soon as possible if you are not arriving.

Will I be refunded in case of cancellation?

Yes, you will receive full refund if your transfer is cancelled well in advance. When cancelling the service less than 24 hours prior to your trip, we will not be able to make a refund.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

We always monitor flights and drivers come to the airport before your plane lands.

What should I do if my connecting flight number has been changed?

Call us immediately if the connecting flight number has been changed.
